This magnificant home was designed to mimic the classic colonial estate homes of a previous era.  Featuring real stone and brick exterior, the striking black window and doors provide a contrast to the bright white beaded siding and bright copper standing seam roof.  Inside, the open floor plan flows from room to room with soaring ceilings and detail and every turn.

Certainteed Carolina Beaded siding in “Snow” color.  Tamko Virginia Slate Shingles, Copper standing seam metal roofing, Gull Gray Dryvit stucco, Black Marvin Integrity windows, Haas American Traditions carriage style garage doors, Thermatru and Marvin exterior doors.  Stone is Quarry Cut Mica Blend, Squares and Strips stone veneer per plans- w/ gray mortar, Brick is Glen Gerry Knob Hill color, HB&G porch columns

Reeb Shaker interior wood doors w/ Schlage door hardware
Site finished White Oak Hardwood floors stained in Provincial color
