Ironestone is the best choice!

Start with a dream and let Ironstone Homes do the rest!  Trevor and Larry Eby are an exceptional team that made our custom home a reality.

Early on in the home buying process, it was clear to my wife and I that we were not going to find a home we loved on the resale market.  We decided that the only way for us to get our perfect home was to build one.  Having seen some new construction homes from other prominent builders in Lancaster County, I was unsure that we could afford the plan we had in mind for our home.  That’s when we came across Ironstone Homes website and saw their beautiful portfolio featuring all sizes and varieties of homes.  I called them and after that first time talking to Trevor I knew that Ironstone Homes was a builder that could deliver excellent quality at a price we could afford.

Getting to work with Trevor and his team over the last half year was a very enjoyable and professional experience.  Trevor is incredibly easy to work with and is one of the most creative, flexible, and organized architects that you will find anywhere.  He has very strong communication skills and helped us every step of the way in planning every detail of our house.  There were many times where we wanted something particular in the house, but we didn’t know how to make our idea work within the flow of the home.  We would let Trevor know and he would come back to us in a very short time with a design that met everything we needed and fit in wonderfully with the rest of the home.  Manpower and materials were never late to the work site because of Trevor and Larry’s excellent organization and planning with all the contractors.  This allowed Ironstone Homes to have our home completed in 4 months which I didn’t think would be possible when Trevor said that was the target timeline for our home.

A little over 7 months from my first call to Ironstone Homes and my wife and I were moving into our beautiful home they had built.  We are very thankful to Trevor, Larry and everyone at Ironstone Homes for making this experience possible.

If you are looking to build a home in the Lancaster County region then save yourself some time and money and choose Ironstone Homes.
