It all begins with a conversation – about your hopes, your aspirations, and your budget! From there, we work up a free preliminary estimate to get the ball rolling. If it’s a fit for everyone, we get down to the design work.
From permitting to completion and move-in ready, most of our custom homes take 4 to 7 months. Permitting and initial design is a big part of that process - if you have questions, just give us a call!
Most renovations can happen quite a bit more quickly. Since we often work on larger renovation and addition projects (master suites, new additions, etc.), we usually expect 1 to 3 months of work.
