Excellent follow through, great attention to detail and top notch craftmanship exceeded our expectations in our basement and custom closet project.   I myself am a Realtor and have had other clients go through the building process with other builders. When myself and my wife built our home with Ironstone Homes, the comparison to the other local builders is next to none. For the price we paid, I felt we got the best quality possible. I have walked through many new builds, and Ironstones quality of products is great. Ironstone did not cut corners, (in framing, electrical, and plumbing especially) they used local, reputable contractors, and they are very honest and straightforward. The cost of upgrades was done at cost, I have experienced other builders tack on upcharges on upgrades to add to their profit. They do not nickel and dime you for every little thing.   Ironstone Homes did an excellent job on our home.  There were some unique aspects to our project and they didn't shy away from the challenge.  When selecting a builder, one of the things that set them apart was the design insights Trevor shared with us, as we had come to them with plans already started, but not finalized.
The project went extremely smoothly and was well coordinated by Ironstone.  Trevor was very prompt in returning phone calls and emails, and was very easy to work with.  Every person we met with on the job site was pleasant and professional - they have great crews!  We were particularly impressed by how quickly the entire project was completed, without sacrificing quality.
We had a great experience from start to finish.  They provided a nice home for a fair price, and we are pleased.  We definitely recommend Ironstone Homes to anyone looking for a builder.

Trevor was very helpful, patient and responsive throughout the design phase as we drew and redrew the plans to incorporate all the details that were important to us. Each of the team members we worked with during construction were friendly and helpful, and the project flowed smoothly. We were especially grateful that they were willing to expedite the project to accommodate an earlier than anticipated move-in date due to selling our existing home.
